This year, at Lights on the Hill, our theme is Chamberlain Tractors.  Join us as we celebrate the iconic West Australian built tractor.  Follow the story from their post war development to the John Deere takeover and the end of tractor production in Australia.

Greasy John - Master of Ceremonies 

Greasy John is a chief organiser at Lights on the Hill, he joined Tracmach in 2009 and has been a tractor enthusiast from a young age.  John can be seen at a number of shows within the South West region and the Wheatbelt, wielding a microphone passionately sharing his vast knowledge on vintage machinery.

Vintage Tractor Startup Demonstration

An educational demonstration about how these old tractors were started before electric start became a standard function.

Clydesdale Horses

See our working horses, doing a multitude of agricultural tasks.  Go for a ride around in the wagon drawn by the Clydesdale horses.

Music Sensations WA - Entertainment

Wayne Jennings is a regular on the country music scene and has a vast play list in this genre, Wayne also plays music from the '60s.  His influences include Johnny Cash, Slim Dusty, Lee Kernaghan, Buddy Holly and many more.  Wayne regularly joins other local musicians to play at Old Time dances and has a strong music networks within the South West region.

"Bert"

Come meet "Bert" our 1904 Clayton and Shuttleworth Steam Traction Engine.  "Bert" has travelled down from Perth, with thanks to the MPC Perth.  "Bert" will be putting on demonstrations throughout the day.
